On LIBERTY

Marianne is on a mission to de-legitimise the structures and values of patriarchy, helping the world to see that a new way is possible. Using history and strategy, she writes on liberation and female power.

Highlights

  • Marianne has worked on feminist, women’s rights and LGBT movement building in the UK and internationally.

  • Her clients include Solace Women’s Aid, Womankind International, Comic Relief and the Equality and Justice Alliance.

  • Marianne designed and led the implementation of a pioneering safeguarding programme for the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office to prevent sexual exploitation and other abuses in international aid.

  • Marianne’s entreprenuership is specifically feminist, her first company Justice Studio is a feminist business with a majority female leadership team.

  • She has worked on human rights in over 30 countries.
